🌸 General Conditions of Sale – Seasonal

We are committed to welcoming you in the best possible conditions to Saisonnée , a guest house and gîtes nestled in the Ségala valleys.
These general conditions set out the rules for booking and staying. They are based on simple values: clarity, respect and kindness .

Reservation

  • The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit .
  • The balance is due upon arrival or at the latest on the day of departure.
  • Reservations possible: telephone, email, our website or partner platforms.
  • Each reservation is personal and non-transferable without agreement.

Rates and tourist tax

  • Prices in euros, all taxes included.
  • Tourist tax in addition, due by each adult.
  • Included: accommodation, bed linen, breakfast for guest rooms.
  • Table d'hôtes and wellness services at an additional cost and upon reservation.

Cancelation

  • More than 30 days before arrival: 25% of the stay due.
  • 30 to 21 days: 40%.
  • 20 to 8 days: 70%.
  • 7 to 2 days: 80%.
  • Less than 2 days or ""no show"": 100%.
    👉 Special offers and promotions: non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Payment

  • Accepted methods: cash, checks, transfers, bank cards (secure payment).
  • Holiday vouchers accepted upon prior request.

Arrival & Departure

  • Arrival: 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (please notify us if you will be late).
  • Departure: before 11 a.m.
  • Dinner at the guest table: 7:30 p.m.

Home Life

  • Non-smoking house inside.
  • Children are the responsibility of their parents.
  • Pets accepted with prior agreement.
  • Respect and care of the places required from everyone.

Wellness services

  • Carried out by independent practitioners .
  • Cancellation and payment conditions specific to each service provider.

Responsibilities

  • We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
  • Parked vehicles remain the sole responsibility of their owners.
  • Any damage may be invoiced.
