About Us

We are Stéphanie and Damien, the proud parents of Lola and Lise. Originally from Lille, we left the North of France in 2018 to spend a first break near Perpignan, drawn by the sea and the sun. These years were rich, but little by little, we felt the need to return to the essentials: more greenery, more simplicity and authenticity.

From this quest, a shared project was born: creating a guesthouse dedicated to well-being. Damien, a trained pastry chef, wanted to rediscover the joys of creating and sharing delicious food. Stéphanie, now a sophrologist, wanted to use her skills to promote balance and rejuvenation. As for our daughters, they were immediately drawn to the idea of a vibrant space, surrounded by animals and open to encounters.

It was in Centrès, in Aveyron, that our dream came to life. From the first visit to Mouna's Farm, we were touched by the soul of the building, the light on the valleys, the birdsong, and the precious story told by its owner. We knew immediately that this would be our future ""home"".

Today, Saisonnée embodies our values: love, authenticity, freedom, creativity, and sharing with humans, wildlife, and flora. We are committed to welcoming our guests in a warm atmosphere and offering them much more than a stay: a true interlude to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and savor the richness of nature.
